2. Processing of DS – 160 Application Form for Tourist, Business, Student and for Medical purpose.
3. Arrangement of Appointment with the Embassy.
4. SEVIS Fee (for Students)
5. Pay SAMBA Fee (US Embassy Charge)
6. Request for Emergency Appointment

Note: Appointment date and time are decided by the embassy. Alfifa will try to arrange the appointment at the earliest.

• Copy of Passport(s)
• Copy of I-20 (for Student Visa)
• 5 cm x 5 cm Photograph (White Background, Without Head Cover for Male)

Note: Children are required to have their own passport and application.
